Paul worked with me over a few months to get my house ready for sale, advising what did or did not need fixing up to ensure the house presented well. He and Gary Lee filmed a fantastic promo video which received 139 hits in the first week. Paul launched the house for sale on a Tuesday, held an open home on Saturday which had 22 parties through, and he worked the crowd to receive 5 different offers by Friday. Contracts were exchanged on Saturday and that was it! Less than 2 weeks start to finish.
