Beaumont Hills is the adjoining suburb to Kellyville, located in the Hills Shire Council, which forms part of Greater Western Sydney. The suburb is only relatively new after formerly being after of Kellyville itself. It was developed in 2002 as a low-density residential suburb.

• Beaumont Hills Public School opened in 2001
• In 2009, Beaumont Hills Shopping Centre is conveniently located in the centre of the suburb with a local grocery store, chemist, bakery, medical centre and others.

The suburb has grown steadily over the years with the establishment of a number of housing estates.

Located to the west is "The Sanctuary" fronted by a natural creek reserve.

In the centre of the suburb is "The Outlook"

The newest estate is "Beaumont Rise" has been developed in the space between Rouse Hill and Beaumont Hills.
