Grantham Farm is a suburban area situated in north-west Sydney, New South Wales, within the local government area of Blacktown.
The name "Grantham Farm" originates from the Grantham Farm Estate, which was developed as a subdivision of the original 'Riverstone' land grant. This land was granted in 1810 by Governor Lachlan Macquarie to Lieutenant-Colonel Maurice Charles O'Connell.
