Geoff Blaauw is the Co-founder and director of ResponseRE and is based in the High Street office in Penrith. Upon entering the industry more than 30 years ago, Geoff found his passion for property and assisting new clients fulfil their dreams in property transactions. Today, Geoff is renowned to be a multi-award winner for Salesperson of the Year Awards and an exceptional Real Estate Trainer throughout Sydney. You could say that Real Estate has always been in his veins, having two brothers own their own successful Real Estate agencies in other suburbs of Sydney, and his three children have inherited his passion for property and people.

Loyalty is one of Geoff's main values and upon meeting Geoff you will quickly recognise his ambition to create lifelong relationships with the people he meets including his business partners, clients and his team. "You can't get rich without enriching others" are the words he lives by and every day Geoff is adding value to the people he meets by assisting people to create and live their ideal life.

For many years, Geoff has worked alongside business partner Anthony Peirera, and has written Real Estate Training programs to deliver to sales recruits. The training includes comprehensive particulars of real estate, goal planning and personal development. These training programs have proven to take someone from 'the average salesman' to an individual who is highly successful, highly productive and someone who loves who they are and is passionate about what they do.

Geoff's experience surrounds all areas of Real Estate including Residential, Commercial, Rural and Property Management and he regularly breaks local property market sales and rental records. ResponseRE has long been a market leader in Real Estate for Penrith and the surrounding suburbs. Geoff prides himself on the exceptional customer service that he and his team produce, superb marketing and ResponseRE's culture of enthusiasm and passion within the real estate industry. 

Assisting people in creating and living their dream is Geoff's main focus in life using Real Estate Property, Investment and Personal Growth as his tools.
