Amy has been my property manager for some time now, whereas Shane has recently come onboard. Both these individuals are thorough professionals. They are very positive, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely polite and well spoken people. Both Amy and Shane were at a recent property inspection with me. They were prompt on time and very friendly and efficient in their dealings with the tenants. I had to deal with difficult tenants and several maintenance issues. Amy was simply outstanding in dealing with these issues and making sure I was not overburdened. I am very happy with the services that Robert and his fellow team at Response RE Baulkham Hills have provided my wife and I in regards to renting and improving our investment property.
