This is the third time we have worked with Sean (selling our old apartment, buying this house and now selling it 6 years on). He negotiated a fantastic price for our apartment and got us a good deal for this house. More importantly, seeing as we now live overseas, his communication was faultless. It always felt like he was trying his best to get us a fair price. Selling a house as an expat is a difficult and complicated experience, but he always offered to help where he could to make things run smoothly. The house sold for less than we had initially hoped, but the market was dropping and it was at Christmas time when buyer numbers were low. We are still confident that we got a good price and would absolutely consider using him again in the future.

Khushpreet was professional with her services provided to us when we bought our house. However, there were a lot of frustration during the process, delays one after the other, late settlement causing uncertainty to our residence. The Quakers Hill is too far, which made Khush speed up our decision, we only met twice and we felt pressurised.

All in all it was a tiresome transaction, mainly caused by the vendors.

Melissa did a fantastic job selling an old house in a difficult market. We were very pleased with the end result.

I have used Melissa on a couple of property sales now and I will continue to use her as she is by far the most knowledgeable and a true sales person.

There are cheaper agents out there, hell you can even sell your house yourself these days, but if they or you can not maximise the sale price like Melissa can it will simply cost you more.

Whilst the overall time to sell our property was longer than expected due to being over the xmas period, Sean remained calm, confident and reassuring.
