Henry Porte is a Senior Sales Executive within the ResponseRE Projects team, based out of our Kellyville office. Henry has over 20 years experience in the Property industry and as a former Property Developer, he understands and believes in the importance of the deal.
Henry works mainly in the Off Market space whereby he presents the opportunity to each potential client personally, taking them through each aspect of the land to ensure that all parties are in possession of the relevant facts to make valid decisions. Henry is currently working with clients in, and on sites in NSW, VIC, and QLD.
Henry is particularly active in the emerging asset-class of Manufactured Housing Estates (MHE) working with established developers and operators, as well as associated consultants to ensure he completely understands each site and its feasibility. The MHE sector is attracting investors because of the long-term income offered by the Over 55’s purchasing demographic and the insufficient supply of housing for the ageing population of Australia and Henry is fast becoming the market expert to talk to.
