I’d like to thank Sean for his professional and understanding approach to the sales process. In a rather strange arrangement I was asked by my mother and father in-law to represent them in the sale of the property they’d lived in for over 50 years, by first of all assisting in the selection of the agent and then in all direct communications with Sean through the entire sales process.

Sean started contacting my in-laws many years ago to see if they were thinking of selling their property and maintained an annual quick phone call / visit to keep in touch. Manyel has well explained the process of the sell of property ie contract and the current property market.
