We are very appreciative with the effort and the diplomacy that Manyel has shown to bring the result that we are still happy with. We were actually almost given up and about to withdraw the property as we didn't think we could get the price we wanted in this difficult market period where the property prices going down sharply and buyers just sit tight waiting how low the prices would fall.
